Election of NZSOLD Management Committee – Call for Nominations

We need you! In January we will be seeking nominations from individuals to form the NZSOLD MAnagement Committee for the next three year term. At this stage there are 4 vacancies due to 3 current members reaching their maximum 9 years service, and one member resigning. If you want to give back to the industry, develop leadership skills and meet you peers, being part of the committee is a great opportunity. Start thinking about whether you, or those in your network, would like to contribute to the Group in this way.
The current rules allow for elections in two categories: 1) Representing small – medium corporate members; and 2) Representing members at large. Engineering NZ has recently introduced a new set of rules for Technical Groups. We are currently reviewing those rules and our current rules and will design the election process to comply with the rules.
We will be in touch in January with further details and nomination forms. If more nominations than vacancies are received, we will run an online election for you all to engage with.
