| Full-time Student | $250+GST | If a student is facing financial hardship that would otherwise hinder their ability to attend the symposium, they are encouraged to apply for limited support directly from NZSOLD. The student applicant will need to provide evidence to support their application. It is expected that the application will be supported by the student’s academic supervisor or faculty. If you require accommodation, we are holding rooms in IBIS and Novotel hotels which are about 4 minutes walk to Te Pae, where the Symposium and Workshop are being held.
For your convenience, you can book your accommodation here. Note that this is a separate system so it will require your details and email address.
Upon booking, credit card details will be required to secure the booking but no charges will be made to your card until 30 days before your stay, at which point the full payment will be made to the accommodation provider. Please note that any cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date will incur cancellation penalties equal to the cost of the entire stay.

About the venue
The NZSOLD 2023 Symposium & Workshop will be held at Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre which has been designed as Ōtautahi Christchurch’s
‘gathering place’.
Our social function will be held at Ilex. Hidden away from the bustle of the city, Ilex stays true to the rich origins and beauty of the breathtaking Christchurch Botanical Gardens.
