NZSOLD SYMPOSIUM ‘ADVANCES IN NEW ZEALAND AND INTERNATIONAL DAM PRACTICE’

22 & 23 March 2022, Online event

At the end of last year, the NZSOLD “Advances in NZ and International Dam Practice” Symposium was postponed to the 22 March 2022. At the time, we advised this would be a once-off postponement, and if we were still unable to meet face-to-face in March, the event would go fully online but still proceed on 22 March 2022.

The COVID-19 situation has continued to evolve, and many of you will be keenly following the rise of the Omicron variant in the community. With recent feedback from members and safety of our speakers and attendees as our first priority, the symposium organising committee has made the difficult decision to revert to our fallback option of a fully online event.

The online-only symposium will now run for 2 half days, on March 22 (Tuesday) and March 23 (Wednesday) 2022.  NZSOLD members have previously communicated those two-half days are preferable to a single full day for online-only events.

Due to the change to an online-only event, we have reduced the registration costs for attending the symposium.  The new registration costs for attendance are shown below, with the old registration costs shown for comparison.

Please contact our Conference Organiser Cheryll at info@cwevents.co.nz to re-confirm your attendance and arrange a partial refund on your registration costs.  Alternatively, if your preference is to not attend the online-only event, please contact Cheryll and advise this is the case, to arrange a full refund on your registration costs.  If you paid your registration by credit card, your refund will be made to your card.  If you paid by bank transfer, Cheryll can advise how a refund can be arranged.

Should you have any other questions about the symposium, or require other assistance with regards to registration, please also contact Cheryll at your convenience.

We appreciate your continued understanding during these challenging times and look forward to your participation in the online-only symposium.
